Those..things yesterday--why the hell did the City let something like that loose? N-not that they were scary or anything. They weren't so tough against a few fireballs...I think we might need to replace a couple things in the house

No kidding. We were safe after midnight, but if you had them around all the time, there'd always have to be someone standing guard, especially at night.
It is frustrating for those who prefer answers to questions.
- Yes. Of course, I cannot personally vouch for their powers effects, but they seem to hold approximately the same abilities and range of appearances. The lack of power, as well.
Of course, the only way you could really measure it would be to let them touch either you or someone else. Not exactly something anyone's going to volunteer for.
The City must like them, though, if they brought them back. It does lend support to the theory that the clock runs off of chaos and our emotions.
