OMG, that was so heartbreaking, I really thought Jensen was changing his mind, why can't he give their relationship another try? He must know that Jared won't be able to carry on without him,won't be able to move on, I'm living this story, but I dread when a new chapter appears because it is so sad. Jensen has been so damaged that he can't accept anything better happening to him, especially where Jared is concerned. I can understand his need to protect himself and get away.
Jared is so wrapped by his own need for Jensen to stay he can't see beyond it.
Jeff is great as a mediator but cannot be independant enough for Jensen to truly trust him.
I feel for them all but they're all stubborn in their beliefs that they are right. That's going to take some breaking.
