I'm amazed, almost shocked, at how much a simple foam matress liner (actually two) can help with sleep. I love staying at Randi's (I consider it 'home' now I'm there so much) but her bed had a few springs that stuck me at night. I've been wondering for a week now why I wasn't as wow'd by Watchmen as I thought I would be. Then last night I was talking to my coworkers about it and figured it out. I've been antsy the last few weeks. Like I'm not getting enough done or that I should be doing more. I think part of it is the fact I'm living in two places and never have time to 'settle in'. The key is to know that you ARE going to get sick and just not care. Allow your body to do its' thing without fear of it failing. Don't think about the sick day you may or may not need to take, instead relax in the knowledge that you will at some point be sick enough to have to take a day and if it is tomorrow then it is.
