There was a tornado in Iowa City last night. Check your local news for updates!

I'm ok though, and was largely unaffected. If you had seen me at 8:40 last night, though, you would have also met some very flustered rats crammed into a very small carrier.

I got my first revision notes back from my thesis advisor: it looks like he's really pleased with my work and aside from a few minor problems and some grammar stuff, my thesis was a hit. The "final draft" ended up at 78 pages plus 4 pages of works cited. I don't think I've ever worked so hard on anything in my life. I'm very pleased with how it ( Read more... )
