They are all wonderful ESPECIALLY the flower block! It reminds me of the medals that were given in the war. Beautiful!

I just noticed you lined up the stripes - WOW. You did a good job at that.

Thank you for noticing! It wasn't too hard, I was careful when I laid out the pieces to make sure that they matched. I did have to resew one little bit, which for some reason ended up a mm or two out, but apart from that they matched up nicely ( ... )

I can distribute the blocks for you, as I haven't sent any of them yet. I really must do the March one this week! I would love your pattern too! -- unless someone else has said so sooner.

Agreed! And the pattern can form a nice sort of payment for the redistribution. I've just started sewing your block, as greycat2007's is on hold until more lavender fabric gets here.

OK, the lavender fabric has turned up and is being prewashed, and I have one and a half blocks left to make. I should be able to get them posted on Monday, and then they'll take 1-2 weeks to wing their way across the Big Pond to you. So please don't send out any April to June blocks until mine arrive!

You're definitely ok with the pattern, sewing odd angles (I tend to forget that some people prefer to stick to 90 and 45 degrees) and that fiddly circle in the centre? I'll try to write decent instructions, but of course you can always ask me online if you get stuck. I'm dead curious to see what you'd make with it!
