I can’t believe I waited so long to write an update in my journal! The past week and a half has just been a little extreme in the craziness department.
I don’t know that I’ll get every thing, but I’m going to try to start with

I wish I felt like updating my journal. I didn’t have much of a voice Thurs. night, so Aunt Louise decided not to come bring down some things she has collected for me. I had a really nice entry written, when Word crashed! I got some good medicine from the doctor on Thursday for a sinus infection. She gave me Alegra, an antibiotic, and a decongestant. The decongestant has been making me really cold-yes, I said cold. I didn’t take it today-and though I feel a little stuffy, I feel more normal. I’m going to try ( Read more... )

This week has been very hectic! It was home coming at GHS! From door decorating to talent shows, and all the float building and pep rallies in between, the chaos was just a bit much for me. I know that it has been a while since I have written, but there are reasons! Lots of reasons--too many really to cover in a catch up entry, so I am breaking this in to a few entries. Choir practice last night was both fun and weird at the same time. I broke a reed, so I was playing on a 2.5 instead of a 3 or 3.5. I think that makes my lips hurt more, which seems weird to me, but I think it’s all about the Jazz mouthpiece. Oh well, I know how to fix the problem, so it shouldn’t be too hard ( Read more... )
