Shell Shock

I took these pictures several weeks back now. It was one of the first warm days here and I think literally all the turtles in the lagoon in Lincoln Park were out sunning themselves amongst the east side branches and logs in the water. Pretty cool.

Awww, I miss my turtle. Amazing how much he reminded me of a dog at times. I had him in the living room in a rather large 50 gallon tank. He would lounge around mostly, but anytime I got up or entered the room, he would start splashing around. The times I would fall asleep on the couch, my old roomie would comment how the turtle would sleep in the nearest corner to me of his tank.

Anyhows, yea, turtles rank alittle higher on my book than fish for pets.
