Hmmm, I never read Katniss & her family as bi-racial, I read them as Latino. Like when my Mom lived in Mexico and she talked about how there would be families where half the sisters had dark hair and darker toned skin and then you'd have a sister (or Mother, or whatever) who'd have blonde hair, pale eyes (sometimes blue) and very pale skin. I'm not horrified by Jennifer Lawrence as Katniss, but I do think that Hollywood could have really taken this opportunity to be unique in their casting choices (and really shown how the districts were so unique. I'm kinda worried that all the various district differences will be completely and utterly turned generic.) But I probably should just chill about the whole thing and hope for the best.

Ron and Christine need to lose a leg, and get eliminated, immediately. I cannot stand either of them really, but Ron, oh my gosh, he is the worst. Truly.
