The Południca works the crowd, seeding illness through as many people as she can reach as she goes. It's all minor things--sleeplessness, mild depression. She does give on person the gift of epilepsy, an idea taken from that adorable little pink-haired girl. Nothing severe. Plenty of things that can get worse over time without her help.
It's fun, yeah. But it isn't really, truly satisfying.

He flashes a sharp-toothed grin. "Girls who stay inside all the time start growing mushrooms, didn't you know?"
And it's a carnival. It doesn't get much more fun and interesting than a carnival, right?

She's just switching the sign out on her tent to indicate that she's back open when she notices the kids.
"How's about I read your fortunes, children?" She giggles, waving them over. She's in a good mood right now. Fear.
