For several days we've been inundated by comomentaries bemoaning the missteps of Barack and the supposed elitism of he and his wife, Michelle.

I've recently been reassigned to the Long Beach Superior Court.

Imagine  my surprise and joy to read in the Long Beach Press Telegram this morning the affirmative statement by the presiding judge of Los Angeles County that  "in a moderate earthquake the Long Beach Courthouse will come down."

I guess I must really be in a new demographic. This is probably the first year in my life that I have no idea of the nominated movies and don't care.

Okay. While I've been working through this rough patch in my life these last few months, I've developed quite an addiction to fanfiction.

I have no idea how or whether the stories I've read have affected my own writing or not; however, I can say that I have read some marvelous stories, well crafted and entertaining.
