1. BAD shopping experience from AGNESELLE

On 3rd December 2013 (Tuesday), I ordered Yolanda Skorts in White, M from Agneselle. (Picture here)
On 4th December (Wednesday), I paid for my order and received an email regarding payment verification on the same day. It was my first time purchasing from AE, so I do not know how they work. Hence I waited ( Read more... )

Sorry to hear about your bad experience with AE. I agree with you that taking 10+ days to mail out an item is a bit too long. I ordered from AE twice and on both occasions they sent me an email once they had mailed the item out. One of items was from their latest launch and they sent me the email pretty soon. I received my item 2 days later. The other one was a sale item and it took a bit longer for them to mail out and arrive at my doorstep.

Maybe it really is the busy season for Singpost so it's taking ages to get to you? Hopefully you get your item soon!

Hi there, I'm glad your shopping experience at AE wasn't as bad as mine... Really hope it is not a lost mail but I highly doubt so... It has been 3 weeks. But I will continue waiting, hopefully will receive it soon! Thanks babe :)

I am currently facing a similar situation from AE.

I have joined their backorder for the silva top, but was informed 3 weeks later (sometime in October) that the quantity order for the specific colour came short. I decided to opt for the next alternative, by getting it in another colour. There was however no acknowledgement from them.

2 months later, I sent an email to check on the status of the parcel as it should not have taken so long for the merchandise to be sent and delivered to my place. There was however no reply. I am currently giving them a benefit of the doubt that their slow response may be due to the festive season.

Till todate, parcel has not been received.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience at AE. And wow, 2 months is pretty long, even longer than mine! But they just launched a new collection this week! So I really doubt the slow response to our emails is due to festive season. I think they are just trying to avoid our emails. Sigh, AE has really bad customer service.

Just hope our parcels will reach us soon! :(

yup, fingers crossed!

I really hope that they respond to my email so at least I know what's going on rather than me left sitting on the fence, not sure if it's a lost parcel (highly doubt so as it never happens to me before) or the parcel has never been sent out ):

Furthermore, I joined the backorder from Fashmob in November and the item has been mailed out and received.

It clearly shows the lack of customer service from AE and how much they value the customers. sigh.

Hello, I faced the same issue for agneselle. Bought from bo and they totally didn't send out at all after 2 mths. I kept sending chaser emails and they didn't even refund me. It was until I threatened to report to the police before they made a refund. Took them more than 1 week to refund me. Will never ever shop from them again. Ridiculous service.

Hi there, yes I got to agree their service is really bad, especially now that I know I am not the only one experiencing this. But glad to hear that you managed to get a refund. My item was already mailed out so I doubt I can do the same... Sigh, I would never shop from them again either! :(

Oh dear, Im sorry to hear that. Maybe you should threaten to report to the police like one of the readers here to get a refund. They are really irresponsible! How can they just ignore customers emails especially regarding a registered parcel! This really defeats the purpose of choosing registered postage!

Sigh, I hope readers out there can be more wary when shopping at AE. :((

Hi girls, just a piece of advice, always choose registered postage when shopping with AE. $2.24 will be well-spent, it will not give AE an excuse not to mail out ( ... )

Hi babe, thanks so much for sharing your experiences at AE! Yes, I got to agree shoppers should opt for registered mail as far as possible, but that doesn't mean parcel will still reach you safely, after hearing about one the readers experience above. Sigh, I guess the best way is to avoid shopping at AE because their customer service is really bad. I have to email them about my parcel too then they will send out the parcel.

I still have yet to receive my parcel. I guess my parcel is lost. And this is the first lost mail I had from a reputable blogshop:(
