1. BAD shopping experience from AGNESELLE

On 3rd December 2013 (Tuesday), I ordered Yolanda Skorts in White, M from Agneselle. (Picture here)
On 4th December (Wednesday), I paid for my order and received an email regarding payment verification on the same day. It was my first time purchasing from AE, so I do not know how they work. Hence I waited ( Read more... )

Hi babe, yes please be wary when shopping at AE. So many of us have had such bad experience with them and I dont wish you to be the next victim as well! Also opt for registered postage as far as possible! :)

Hi,
I had my bad experience too. I bought a skirt from AE last nov. Received an email that my item was sent out on 5th nov via normal mail. Till to date, my parcel is no where to be seen. Had asked them if my item had bounce back to their office n they said 'no'. I guess it is lost n I can't do much too since it was a normal mail:(
Will not buy from them anymore, so unlucky! Never encounter lost mail until AE. Hope u get yours soon.

Hi babe, my experience was exactly like yours! I opted for normal postage hence I can get a refund as well. This was my first lost mail from a reputable blogshop, and I guess its just their blogshop. This shall be my first and last time shopping there.

Anyway, I still have yet to receive their parcel. I guess it is just lost. Whats new right, really unlucky for us! :(

I have encountered a similar incident whereby the reseller claimed to have mailed out the item. In the end, I did not receive it and I can't get a refund since I have no proof of it not being mailed out. I think it's better to opt for reg postage or meet up to prevent being cheated by dishonest sellers. Now, I will not confirm for the item if they don't provide meet up or if they are not reputable blogshops. Hope your parcels do reach you eventually (:

Hi babe,thanks for sharing your experience! I had encountered such experience as well hence I now would require seller to send a snapshot of the parcel before mailing, else I would not buy! As far as possible, I would also opt for meetup/ registered postage. I have had too many parcels lost. Sigh, just urge readers to opt for registered postage when ever in doubt. Paying for that $2.24 is better than having a lost mail. :(

I have bad experience with AE too. I mailed back an item for exchange and it took them about 2 months to send the credit code back to me as the item I wanted to exchange for went OOS even though I said I am exchanging already. Sigh :( And they always claim to send emails to me but I NEVER receive anything from them.

Wow, there are so many negative feedbacks about AE. I am consider lucky because I bought from them for 6 collections and so far I have not meet any problem. They are slow in verifying the payment, mailing out the items. But I do receive their items. I bought too many clothes online so I do not track when the sellers mailed it out and after how many days I will receive the stuff. As long as I received the items, I am fine with it.

I find that AE design are nice and the price are reasonable. I saw similar design at AE and other blogshops are selling at a higher price. Probably AE is selling $28 with normal postage but other blogshop are selling $32 without postage.

Hope it helps in boosting the confidence in AE.
