Harvey knew they needed a break from all of the work that had swallowed them both up. He missed time with his wife and he was damn well going to take it. It wasn't anything lavish, just a beach house he purchased as a surprise in Long Beach. He let her take a look around.

Harvey spent a long day in negotiations which resulted in another close. He was always glad to hit home with Marin. Tonight he stopped for dinner and a nice bottle of wine before walking into their place.

Harvey had managed to do all this under the radar wanting to surprise his wife. And he had succeeded. It'd been a few days since he'd presented her with the first class tickets to Paris, France and they had just landed and gathered their luggage. Harvey was dressed up nice in a tux, he had invited Marin as his date. He smiled as he chatted up some people, keeping her by his side. He enjoyed showing her off and letting her enjoy herself. She looked damn good in that cocktail dress and couldn't keep his eyes off her.

Harvey didn't know that by now what he'd done would be all over. Putting up a Million of his own to save his clients from being screwed over? It was a bold move but he didn't want to see them low balled. He finished up and headed home where he knew Marin was meeting him.

Harvey was working hard, or as hard as he truly worked we should say. He had just closed another case, which is what he's good at. He was contemplating what to do that night.
