Weekend Haul: Bazaar Beauty
This weekend was such a tiring one for me but I had loads and loads of fun! My husband and I celebrated our first anniversary so we had a mini staycation at the Acacia Hotel in Alabang. Guess what he got me? Makeup! I'm going to make a separate post about the stuff he got for me. The following day, we had a family lunch and also an unplanned visit to the World Bazaar at the World Trade Center. Guess what I got at the Bazaar? More makeup! lol. Here's my loot of mostly drugstore makeup:
I got the Physician's Formula Happy Boost Bronzer in Bronzer, Wet n Wild single eyeshadow in Nutty, Maybelline New York Expert Wear Blush in Brick Rose, Clinique Happy and Issey Miyake perfume. I have a feeling the perfumes are knock offs but the makeup are 100% real.
I am actually using all of these right now and save for the perfume, I am happy with all of them! I am a little obsessed with bronzers lately and finding the one that works well with my skintone is my mission these days. I super like the PF bronzer as it actually shows up in my skin and doesn't look muddy on me. The blush is something that caught my eye because I don't think I have a color like this. It's very subtle and is the perfect color when I don't want my cheeks to steal the spotlight. The eyeshadow is probably my favorite purchase of the bunch because I am all about eye makeup and this color goes nicely with my favorite palette of the moment.
