A calming bath
As mentioned in my previous post, I had a mini staycation the past weekend. And one thing I always make sure to do when I stay in a hotel is to use the bathtub! My office friend Addie got me a the Soap & Glory Calm One, Calm All bubble bath gel a while ago but I've always forgotten to bring them in my past trips. This time around, it was the very first thing I packed! Lol! This bubble bath gel is supposed to have stress-battling and skin softening agents. I don't know if they work but I always feel relaxed when I take a bath. Maybe it's the hot water. I like to keep my water temperature above lukewarm, hot enough to make me uncomfortable but not enough to burn my skin.
My skin did feel soft after the bath so maybe that was the built-in lotion in action. The room also smelled really, really nice! I like that it smells girly and calming at the same time. Not too sweet but not strong too. I swear I'm getting a tub when I have my own house! I almost want to book another hotel staycation just to use this bubble bath gel again!
