Writer's Journey: On structure and the Mythic or Hero's Journey
Not much actual "writing" done today, for two reasons. One, I went back and took a look at the Hero's Journey again, and two, I did need a day to sort of let my brain relax and recharge. A Writer's Journey: Secondary character notes and some thoughts along the way.
As I sit down to work on the nest steps in the process, I find that presenting it in a cohesive order isn't easy. By now, I have notes on the secondary characters, a set of themes I want to incorporate into the story, and a preliminary timeline for the first chapter or so.
