Sophie Update

Sophie is home now after getting an emergency spay. It turns out that pyometra (the clinical term for an infection in the uterus) is very rare in cats in general and extremely rare in a kitten as it mostly presents in cats around 7 years of age. It is also quite life-threatening. Sophie is about 8-9 months old. So she's on a course of ( Read more... )
