Navigating his way through the photographs that hung on various parts of his studio's ceiling, he reached for the door and pushed it open, with a greeting to boot.
"Hey. Minkah, right?"

"Mm. You're Danilo." He walked over to where Danilo was standing and looked around again.
"No animals."
Reply
"Here," he said, gesturing to the stool. "Feel free to look around. Just give me a minute to organize my film. Tell me when you want to see the photos, yeah?"

As he let go of him, Minkah straightened up to look around. They were at the front entrance to the Arts building, just inside the last set of doors. Through the glass they could see a deserted campus courtyard and animals roaming here and there. What had once been cute bunnies and kittens were now vicious growling creatures with almost comically glowing eyes and fur. Bad taste, Minkah thought.
He pointed to a far hill.
"Freya is there. That's where I was. But I think there's more animals now."

Danilo reached for his hair and pulled out the rubber band, shaking his head sideways.
"It doesn't hurt to move, does it? There might be other people there, and we can join them."
