Danilo wished these cute, fluffy animals hadn't gone crazy. If that was the case, then he wouldn't have to hurl them out of the way with telekinesis as he walked to his studio. It didn't occur to him that developing film at such a time was dangerous--he needed to get these pictures out of his camera now, or he would certainly forget. And he didn't like forgetting about his photos in which he had put effort.
He swung the door open to the Art department and passed the hallways to arrive at his studio. He pulled out his keys and unlocked the door (he wouldn't have arrived so calmly if the studio didn't have a lock, truly), stepping inside the lighting and musky air.
He hadn't forgotten, either, that the curious kid was heading this way. Perhaps he should have stopped him from coming, since he was such a small student and all, but something about the way Minkah talked made Dan believe that he could take care of himself. It was a strange feeling; Danilo decided to trust his instinct anyhow, and hope that the student would arrive safely.
As a mark of his presence, he left the door slightly ajar--enough for the animals to come hissing if they wanted to, but not enough for them to infiltrate and ruin his studio before he flung them away.
