Pimp limping for fun and profit

Oct 10, 2008 13:00

So, about  two or three years ago my Tourette's decided to start making me walk funny. I had hoped it was a transient tic--one that I have for a while that eventually goes away--and not a resident tic. While it did eventually calm down from its original fucking bullshit, it's still with me.

I have a video somewhere of when it first started. Thought ( Read more... )

Your shoes cannot be helping the problem. Get new shoes!

I have other shoes, I just love canvas shoes because they fit my superwide feets.

Sadly, their workmanship leaves a lot to be desired...

Bwahahaha. Ben, you haven't seen shitty workmanship until you've bought shoes from Wal-Mart.

They made the only shoes that fit me, and I had to buy two pairs over a course of two months because the soles simply tore themselves apart. And all I do is walk a lot! Like twenty miles per week. WEEK NOT DAY AUGH.

I had to cough up $30 to get some decent shoes from Payless. Almost two months and not one bit of damage on 'em.

Shit, I bought a pair of chucks and can't wear them because they're too NARROW. The length is perfect but they squish my poor toesies to a painful level. Which is a pity because the shoes are ultra-cool 80's style chucks with patterns on the inside. *cries*

Jesus, if anything could inspire me to write hate poetry it'd be hipsters. Fucking douchebags. I live in Austin, UT is like hipster central. Then we have SXSW, a music festival. It's like the hipster God just vomits on Austin.

My friend Jamie(wellsheeyit) and I like talking about kicking them.

I love Tourette's. My friend Nobody(nobodobodon) is a bad ass theramin playing guy with some incredibly fun tics. I'd love to see a vid of your pimp limp. ;)

I rarely do anything resembling poetry, but I was walking back to work through campus today and wanted to slap a few hipsters.

I...do not love Tourette's. But I accept it. It is an integral part of who I am.

Also, never trust anybody who's not wearing boots or chucks.

Okay, I love Tourette's in other people...I've had an inordinate amount of friends with it. I can think of 5 or 6 offhand. They've all been very interesting- if not always the good kind.

Boots and chucks used to be almost all I wore. But now I also love mary janes and sandals. Sometimes my feet gotta breathe, I live in Texas man.

I write a poem about every six months.
I'm almost entirely prose and shitty drawings.

Adbusters is the strangest socio-artistic experiment ever to hit the newsstands.
