Aidan arranges a few coolers filled with assorted beers and other light, summertime alcoholic beverages (think Smirnoff Ice), as well as another one containing cans of fruit juice and soda pop for those who didn't feel like imbibing.

His bowl of tomato cucumber salad - marked with a tag that says people might find it a little spicy - sits alone on a table where others can put their contributions to the feast.

He reaches into one of the coolers and pulls out a Guinness for Ron and a standard beer for himself, looking remarkably relaxed. He's wearing khaki shorts and a matching t-shirt - someone had better take photos to commemorate the occasion.

"I'm going to be too drunk to kick anyone's backside if I have to take care of all this beer personally," he laughs.

Ron takes the Guinness with a smile, popping it open and taking a drink, "I'll help ya with it if that happens." He turns the grill on and sets it to the temperature he wants, leaning on the wall slightly with his beer in hand. "Never seen you drunk."

"I thought it might be a bad idea to manage the infirmary in that state," Aidan remarks dryly, opening his own beer and taking an appreciative sip. "God knows looking after you lot is enough to drive any sane doctor to drink. It's probably why they picked me instead," he laughs.

There is the sound of grunting and struggling coming faintly from around the corner. At first, when it rounds, it looks just like a large steel box glinting in the sun malevolently on wheels. A tuft of red hair is seen poking up behind it.

"C-could someone give this thing a pull?" asks Jackie, pushing the monstrosity along.

"All fruits ripe!" Jazz exclaims, tearing his eyes from where the grill-turned-rocket disappeared behind a building to smile at Aidan. He notices something...different about him, though, and looks over at Ron; when he figures out what it is, he grins widely and laughs, sidling up behind both of them, throwing his arms around their shoulders and speaking in a low, confidential voice, "Finally!. Soooo, is ih true wa dey say 'bout men bein' betta at...wa is ih 'ere? Blo'job?"

Aidan coughs and sputters loudly, turning a very interesting shade of red. "Well, umm, yes..." he admits, in a very, very quiet voice.

Ron just turns his head and stares at Jazz, then Aidan, and smirks slightly, "...if you want to know so badly, go find a guy to blow you. M'sure you could find one easily."

Jackie stands and brushes the dirt off her skirt, then meekly asks, "...D-does anyone know if i-it hit anything? B-Bea, you should run a-and check."

Robert was walking past, heading to his quarters but had to back track and look into the room. “Okay...who authorized a party?” Once can tell he was bit confused and surprised at the same time.

"Pfft, who authorizes parties?" Bea asked over her beer before calling back.

"It's not technically a party persay! It's....dinner!"

Ron grins at Aidan and gives him a quick kiss, then turns and quirks an eyebrow at Robert, "You love paperwork that much that you'd make us fill it out for a cookout?" A shadow passes over the ground briefly, causing him to look up and notice that the sky isn't quite as clear anymore, "...forecast didn't call for rain. Let's hope it stays that way."

"Nothing for me, Ron." Robert said with a shake of his head "If any one needs me I'll be in my quarters curled up with a good book."

Jazz shakes his head, dreadlocks moving back and forth. "Ya be no fun, Prowler," turning to Bea, he smiles at her as well, lifting his bottle up, "I buy fa ya, too, college-girl. Like I say, pretty ooman..."

Bea laughed a little, tipping her own bottle back towards him with an exaggerated wink. "First class charmer, aren't ya, Jazz?"

Aidan finishes his beer and starts in on the one returned to him by Prowl. "Good thing you're straight," he tells the Jamaican saboteur, with a playful laugh, "or you might be making some of us a little worried." He gives Ron a pointed look.

Robert sighed. "Very well, Eve, I'll stay for a bit. But only for a bit afterwards I'll be in my quarters."

"That's the spirit!" she replied, grinning at him. "It's about time you loosened up, ya know?"

Other personnel of Sector Seven made their way towards the gathering, exchanging smiles and laughs and quite a few bringing their own food to help feed the masses. Though, as if on cue, all paused as a very loud (and familiar) voice rose above the others in a horrified shriek.

"MY CAR!"

They promptly went back to what they were doing.

"...no way in hell I have enough steak for all these people..." Luckily, someone brought more hamburger patties and hot dogs, so at least everyone will get some kind of meat.

Ron quirks an eyebrow at the shriek, turning away from the grill, then chugs about half of his bottle and grins slightly, an idea forming in his head.
