Robert was walking past, heading to his quarters but had to back track and look into the room. “Okay...who authorized a party?” Once can tell he was bit confused and surprised at the same time.

"Pfft, who authorizes parties?" Bea asked over her beer before calling back.

"It's not technically a party persay! It's....dinner!"

Ron grins at Aidan and gives him a quick kiss, then turns and quirks an eyebrow at Robert, "You love paperwork that much that you'd make us fill it out for a cookout?" A shadow passes over the ground briefly, causing him to look up and notice that the sky isn't quite as clear anymore, "...forecast didn't call for rain. Let's hope it stays that way."

"Awww, I won' tell," Jazz grins at the couple, moving away from them and sidling over to Robert, "Flex, mon, ya be too stiff all di while."

Aidan presses his lips together, not saying anything in response to Jazz, and turning instead to Robert. "As Chief Medical Officer I recommend regular recreation to lower stress levels and promote well-being among the members of the team," he deadpans, reaching into the cooler and pulling out a beer which he passes to the Second in Command. "Now relax. Doctor's orders."

Robert raised an eyebrow. “I WAS going to relax in my quarters with a good book, and you know I don’t drink.” He said as he passed the beer back towards Aidan. He glanced at Rob with out saying a word to what he said about paper work before he looked towards Jazz with another raised eyebrow. “Flex? Jazz can’t you at least speck in English around me when you know I can’t understand your normal language?”

"Ya ruin me fun," Jazz mock-pouts, crossing his arms over his chest.

Ron shakes his head at Aidan's words, smiling slightly, and moves over to his grill, relieved to see no damage to it, "Anyone gonna want burgers or hotdogs before I cook the steaks? There's a couple of each left."

"I'll take a hot dog," Aidan replies, taking a drink of his beer. "Mystery meat makes a fantastic appetizer."

"You need to lighten up, Prowler," Bea quipped before snickering at Aidan's comment, waving her free hand.

"Nothing for me, Ron! I've been looking forward to this all week, no way I'm spoiling my appetite early!"

Jazz nods in agreement with Aidan, "Dun know wa be in dem, but dey be tasty, nuh true?"

Aidan smiles. "In any case, one hot dog won't spoil my appetite for the main event. I haven't had a decent steak in ages. Restaurants always charge way too much for the effort they put in to slapping a piece of meat on the grill for five minutes."

"But then, wouldn't that mean you think they charge too much for burgers and hot dogs? If, like steaks, it's just meat on a grill," Jackie points out curiously.

She points to a burger. "I haven't had a good cheeseburger in a while, though. Any that aren't the microwavable kind, I mean."

"Aidan's got the right idea." Eve piped up. "I'll take a hot dog, too, since I'm feeling more dangerous than usual.

"And I'll pay anything if I don't have to do the cooking... That's what I love about restaurants. Even if their steaks are overpriced..."

"Right. Three dogs and two burgers," Ron grins, "Lucky for you, I'm not making you cook your own." He checks the grill again to make sure it's hot enough, and starts cooking, taking a big drink of his Guinness.

"If that were the case, I wouldn't be here right now." she replied, grinning at him.

"I'd leave you all here to fend for yourselves and treat myself to somethin' nice. And go broke even faster..."
