If I take four normal academic classes plus one exercise class for the next four semesters, I will be able to graduate a semester early

I can't speak to the emotional decision of leaving early. But for the class load: you can do it. 4 classes and an exercise course is a doable class load, a fairly normal one in my opinion--and for the money you'll save, the stress will be totally worth it (though, the emotional difficulty, the fact that undergrad only happens once etc. may outweigh that).
I would say go ahead and take all those classes now, but then if you get to your last year and you change your mind and want to stay, you can just have a really easy last year.
I don't know what four classes and an exercise class means at your school, but at mine, that's fairly average and wouldn't be too much. Right now I'm taking four classes and spending three full days a week teaching or working and it's definitely not more than I can handle.
Graduating early is a definite plus. It gives you more time in YOUR life to do what YOU want to do instead of doing what your school wants you to do. But I, of course, am obviously ready to get done and move on. There's bigger better things out there and college just ties you down to fees and obligations and whatnot.
I agree with what they were saying earlier about going ahead and doing the 4 classes and an exercise class so you are prepared, then you can make the decision later if you want to graduate early or take an easier course load your spring semester filled with classes you think would be fun (even take them credit/no credit...so it won't effect your gpa AND it looks good on applications showing your interest in diversifying your knowledge). Think of all the things that you'd miss your spring semester. I know I would feel unfinished not doing all the last "senior things" that happen in the spring. Plus, spending an extra semester with people you love and care about should outweigh financial things. Especially looking into the difficulty that is law school, you deserve to have some fun before that stressful time in your life.

The closer I get to graduation the more I wish I could stay longer. You only get to be in college once, don't rush through it.
