I agree with Emily and Katy. That's a tough decision. At SMU four to five classes is an average work load.

Honestly, I would do what it takes to keep your grades up, and finances taken care of, but I would stay. You have the rest of your life to live but college, the way you remember it now, only happens once.

Law school is a huge commitment (not like you didn't know that) and it's really selective. If you bide your time and play your cards right you could get in on a full ride. LSATs are hard and depending on the school they will average your scores if you take it more than once, so essentially you only get one shot at that exam. But if you can get a score that will give you a good scholarship do what it takes to get that score.
