Also, in celebration of the fact that although my Yuletide story still has zero words, it now has a plot idea. \o

I love that you are doing this. I thought about this meme and got as far as Who would win in the fight? and then got distracted about why and how Lucas, Adam and Tom were having a fight and scribbling fic about this. I think Harry won in the end. :lol: I expect it was pretty horrible, though, but I should probably find it... :-)

You should do it! Some of the choices were much trickier than I expected but it was good fun to think about the old series and the bits I liked most. Excuse me, why is this fic not available for me to read immediately?! Aside from the fact that Ros would obviously beat Harry hands down, I can't wait to read it!

I think, given how little I have rewatched S5-8, it would be difficult to do properly.

And that is because a) I am supposed to writing my Yuletide fic, b) I got seized by some sort of demented Press Gang muse when I was supposed to be writing my Yuletide fic, and c) because it is languishing in pencil in my nice brown notebook. I promise to at least find it and see whether it's salvageable, though. ;-)

Oh, which ones are surprising? Some of them surprised me too, but only because I've never really thought about who is my least-favourite across all nine series. You should do the meme!

Your answers I already knew for the most part, but I am surprised you liked the zombie disease ep (I must rewatch it actually - I'd probably enjoy it much more now). I'm also surprised you liked Zaf's exit! I can believe that you went for the heroic self-sacrifice part, and the ambiguous ending part, but what about the entire year in between when everyone completely forgot about him? Surely that tips it over into Worst Exit Ever.

Anyway, it is stupid o'clock and I really, really have to finish my Yuletide story tonight. Happy Christmas, if I don't get to posting again before then!

That's true, they did steal pretty much your entire plot. I could have liked Zaf's exit had 6.02 and 6.10 been closer together, but with such a gap in between and oh yes, I forgot that, Jo sleeping with Ben! What!

I cannot of course complain that it gave you so many fic ideas. :D

If there's a wikileaks episode I *might* have to watch next series, but as it stands I am pretty uninterested in doing so. Did you even see any of series 9? There was one really great episode, about China, can't remember if it was 9.04 or 9.06, where Ruth and the new kids were unrelentingly awesome and the storyline came together really well. Don't know what happened after that.
