Last night I was practicing with both my Bb and A out. I was working on my Bb excerpts so the A was on the peg, and after a while I picked up the A and warmed it up a bit. I saw this barrel when i was having JP fix a pad for me at RDG in LA. Its a new Backun and they had me try it out while i was waiting. It had pretty good intonation, and it felt alright, nothing miraculous though. It just looks so weird... I'm not sure what the point is really... maybe to look pretentious?
