Mom wanted to make a quick run to the store to look for some capris. I thought I'd go with her to look at phones, since we need one that has a satellite phone for the kitchen, since we no longer have a phone jack there. I just got finished doing my exercise video and it was a rather frustrating session. Today's is one of those days where it felt like I wasn't quite doing it right or not trying hard enough or something. It just felt "off". Which kinda sucks when it's a yoga-type exercise.
