Needless to say, I am not best pleased by this. I *adored* Superman Returns and I stand by my love of that film. No word as to whether Bryan Singer will be back in the Director's chair (or whether Brandon Routh will return as the Man of Steel) but...

At first I was going to say that DC Comics doesn't seem to be happy with any of their film adaptations, considering the constant "rebooting" between Superman and Batman. But then I though about that and realized they just aren't making as many movies as Marvel. The Nolan Batman seems to be doing very well for them. I was under the impression that Singer's Superman was an excellent modernization that could have easily been continued. I must not be thinking like a Suit
