This was originally going to be longer, but then I realized I can only be so ridiculous today.

*SHRIEKS* WHERE IS THAT FROM? I WANT IT NOW. RIGHT NOW, ZEL, GIVE IT TO ME. *STARES* +__+

VSA 102 is here by cuticlefansubs, who did a beautiful job on it, it looks lovely!

Oh, man, you and me both. I was also watching an episode of Himitsu the other night, where they asked hosts about who they thought would do well in Arashi, and some of those hosts clearly knew the band and as;dlkfjaslk I love it when Arashi has male fans so much, too! AND EEEEE MALES IN THE AUDIENCE THIS IS GOING TO BE INTERESTING WHY IS IT NOT NEXT WEEK YET?

I'M SORRY WERE WE HAVING A CONVERSATION BECAUSE I THINK ALL THOUGHTS FLEW OUT OF MY HEAD AS I DOVE FOR THAT LINK. *____*

I love Music Lovers appearances, they're always so amazing--not that all their performances aren't fun, but I swear ML tends to be like these mini-concerts that are just amazing--and THEY'RE PERFORMING FIGHT SONG? IN FRONT OF A MALE AUDIENCE? I THINK I AM GOING TO EXPLODE FROM GLEE.

(I'm a little worried that I'm setting my expectations too high, but...!!)

sorry to interject with your convo with blood_opal, but it is indeed true that senpais are going to be on the show soon. IT'S GOING TO BE TAICHI AND LEADER JOSHIMA!! :DDD I would still have wanted the entire TOKIO because it will be so lulzy but whatever, I'd like Arashi to take them on anyday!

NICE ARASHI POST. I AM SATISFIED AND HAPPY AND FEELING SO SHINY, after laughing at your comments. but I like what you said about VS Arashi, the part where none of the games are that remotely remarkable, but it's the exchanges between the members and guests that make it interesting, or even hilarious at times!

Not that I really know TOKIO that well, but I remember thinking Taichi was pretty great whenever I saw him, so I WILL TOTALLY TAKE THAT, AWESOME. I was only expecting one, so having two is just even better! (Though, of course, I'll always miss Nagase.)

Thank you! ♥ And I'm glad I'm not the only one who feels that way! The games aren't that amazing (well, okay, Jungle Bingo is kind of amazing and Bound Hockey looks fun to play) but it's the way Arashi plays them and banters over them and even makes failing look awesome that's really the star of the show. This is why VSA is probably my favorite right now, because I could watch hours and hours and hours of Arashi dorking around and playing games with each other! ♥

I'm not sure why this news has not spread out on lj yet but there's a lot of buzz about it yesterday. I like TOKIO a lot more than SMAP because SMAP are like very respected senpais of Arashi, seems too authoritative or something, while TOKIO is the older brothers of Arashi where they can be themselves. And TOKIO cares a lot for Arashi too, always looking out for them and spending time with them when they can. I'll miss Nagase too, and I don't understand why the three closest TOKIO members to Arashi members are the ones who will not be on the show. oh how awesome would that be if Nagase, Mabo and Gussan guested as well... :3

I'd actually try Falling Pipe for real, seems so nerve-wracking. To be honest, I like all of their shows because it's funny when they quip tidbits about their private life on the shows, and even how they are behind the camera. but really, I asdfghjkl love anything Arashi anyway.

Maybe it has spread around? I wouldn't know these days, I'm so far out of touch, that if it's not on tokyograph or aramatheydidn't or one of the subbing groups, I probably would miss it completely. XD I'd like to see Arashi interact with SMAP more just to be able to get to know SMAP better (and, also, I know they have the potential to be funny on their shows, too) but TOKIO! I LOVE TOKIO + ARASHI INTERACTION! And it'll be interesting to see Joushima and Arashi interacting and comparing his style to their Leader's style. XD

I'm pretty sure I would fail hardcore at FPC, so you are welcome to that one. XDDD VSA is my favorite because it hardly ever has any boring parts, but it also rarely gets the best insights eighter, I have to admit. Shiyagare and Himitsu are better for the boys talking about themselves, but they're also fraught with more boring segments or parts where I cringe in second-hand embarrassment. So, it's a trade-off. XD

The Dante's Internet is beautiful.

I AM SO EXCITED FOR THE UPCOMING MUSIC STATION YOU HAVE NO IDEA. SMAP AND TOKIO AND ARASHI?!?! *________* If they break viewership records that day I will not be surprised. I pine for more TOKIO and Arashi, there is next to none!

HnA088 - THIS EPISODE WAS SO FANATASTIC. I laughed so hard in some parts! Especially Sho channeling Aiba. I SNORTED LIKE OHNO DURING THE AnS PORN EPISODE. Sho, no one can mock you for being stupid! Just unoriginal.

Nino was on fire. All those little snippets of him fucking around with everyone - lingering around Jun, completely screwing with Aiba by bursting into his changeroom, looking into every article of his clothing and pulling out more for him to try and etc., and dicking around with Sho. That he put his outfit together in less than half an hour (possibly because he couldn't care less, or that he was genuinely surveying his selections through his wanderlust) and scored HIGHEST amongst the originals is even better. Sometimes I love you too much ;____;b ( ... )

SOMETIMES I LOVE THE INTERNET because it produces things like Dante's Internet. I guess it can stay for awhile longer.

Music Station: OMG I KNOW RIGHT? Like, those actually are the three bands I would probably choose to put together, as much as I love NEWS and Kanjani8, because I am most curious about their interaction with Arashi. W-well, maybe I would have put Kinki Kids in there because I want more interaction with them and TOKIO. >__> But! TOKIO AND SMAP AND ARASHI. ON MUSIC STATION. IT SHOULD BE AMAZING. (And Arashi is going to perform two songs?? Wow ( ... )

Music Station: I love it when artists perform medleys. I fully expect most of Arashi's performance to be lipsynched, but talks with sempai? Gold.

HnA088: Sometimes I really want to give Nino props for what he does. Even though this isn't the job he'd chosen for himself he's just so good at doing it.

I have no idea what Jun is doing re: dressing himself. That was the first Mannequin 5 episode I'd ever watched in its entirety (and what a good introduction it was...) so I don't quite have a good idea how Jun does in this corner. I like to think that if/when Jun gets upset at the comments, the rest of them pile attention on his clothes for the next week or so and he gracefully ignores the fact that they're not as subtle as they think, but he still soaks it up anyway. ♥

You are completely right about Aiba's magic. He has the unique ability of making nearly anything look amazing when the concepts kind of fail on their own. Apparently he made Sho's hideous jester outfit in Dream-'A'-Live look utterly adorable. Because of this, ( ... )

HnA088: I actually love that Nino doesn't always particularly like his job and has fun with messing with his fans, because it makes him such an interesting (and hilarious) person to watch and he's actually really, really good at holding a conversation with people, which they often use in their line of work. Nino is AMAZING at keeping a conversation from getting awkward, whether by playing the tsukkomi or by being genuinely interested in something--and that's not even including how Nino tells the best stories because he doesn't care if you think he's a dick. He walks this really amazing balance and he's so good at his job that sometimes I wish he enjoyed it more... but I can't lie and say I don't love that he often gets bored with it so he starts messing with people ( ... )

I like to think Arashi tackle pounced him afterwards to keep him from a self-hate spiral.

I hope so too, since I forget where but I recently read an interview/saw a subbed clip or something where Jun was talking about his losses on Mannequin 5, and how he tries really seriously and in that segment in particular (the bow-tie), he was actually really hurt by what was said about his outfit choice.

XDD And I don't know if it was just me, BUT IT THOUGHT IT WAS WONDERFUL. And he looked adorable. >.> But I loved HnA 88 just cause I loved them all wandering dorkily around, getting to see them choose their outfits, and bump into each other and uh...Sho's 'strategy'

And yeah, VS 102 was gold, and made me want Ohno/Jun so bad. Actually it wasn't just 102, on VS in general lately, I've been noticing a lot of fanservice between the two of them and I approve!

I know I tend to be over-sensitive about Jun because he's my favorite and I probably read too much into things sometimes, but... the way you could see him shut down during the criticism for it, not even bitching back or giggling over his own fail, just went sort of shuttered, agreed with everything they said, and the smile didn't quite reach his eyes, that was what made me think his hurt was genuine. And Jun tends to take things way too seriously and fashion is something that he's supposed to be really good at, you know ( ... )

Did you see the HnA where they had one of those crazy "use your hands to blindly guess what's in the box!" segment, and after the usual gross-outs (octopus, etc.), they wheeled out a box with HAMADA BRITTANY in it and made Jun try to guess. She, meanwhile, was all BEST DAY EVER and trying to lick his hands.

I seriously, seriously cannot wait until the next epic Mannequin 5 outlet special airs. *____* I think it's...what, late August or early September?

I DID NOT SEE THAT ONE OMG I MUST SEE IT DO YOU KNOW WHAT EPISODE NUMBER IT IS? (I-- I have kind of been marathoning the episodes a bit. I still have to find that one with Inoue Mao, too!) BUT FIRST THE ONE WITH HAMADA BRITTANY! (Is it just me or is she actually really cute?)

There's going to be another one?? OH, JUN-PON, PLEASE GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER BY THEN, BECAUSE I LOVE THOSE THINGS SO MUCH. *bounces* I'm ridiculously excited again now!

Watch episode #75, the VIP Room segment with Aibu Saki for the Mystery Box Cut (subbed here). IT'S REALLY KIND OF AMAZING:

HOLY CRAP THOSE SCREENCAPS ARE AMAZING. Shit, I think this is how I know I'm really ridiculously in love again: When, for every episode I watch, I get suggestions for five more that I should immediately snag, I don't feel paralyzed by the overwhelming amount out there. Instead, I think, "OMG I AM GOING TO BE ABLE TO WATCH STUFF ALL NIGHT LONG." Bless you for the links (you make it so blissfully easy ♥) and bless fandom.

There are shots of the outfits already? Oh, shit, I'm almost sort of terrified to look and yet I must know! XD
