1. What are the best shampoo/conditioners or other treatments for colored hair? I found a great color and I want to keep it looking nice for as long as possible

1. L'oreal makes one that I used to use ions ago, but I'm not sure if they re-formulated. More recently I have fallen in love with Aveda's Color Conserve (although I don't use it more than once or twice a week b/c it makes my hair flat, but it leaves it so soft) as well as Matrix (my mommy's). Try to wash your hair as little as you can bare. I'm trying to do that right now, so I started with every other day, and am building from there.
2. I would apply them separately. Keep in mind that for your whole body, you need about a shot glass full of sunscreen. I like to put on moisturizer, wait a bit, then do sunscreen thirty minutes before you're due out in teh sun. If you're going to be in the sun, you'll also need to reapply.
A little pricier, but I actually was quite impressed by Joico Color Endure. I ran out though =( I'm in your position as well, so I'm interested to see what other reccomendations there are.
1: Use sulfate free shampoos, don't wash every day, deep condition only every 1-2 weeks if you deep condition.
2: I honestly don't know the answer to this. Perhaps your lotion comes with a sunblock? Most sunblocks need 20 or so minutes to soak in and be effective for sun blockage. It seems to me you'd be diluting it or reducing it's effectiveness if you use with or mix with lotion.
don't mix sunblock with lotion as it will just dilute the sunblock ingredients, making it less effective. Find a good lotion with sunblock in it, or just use the sunblock, I always find it is plenty moisturizing.
