I'd suggest a tinted moisturizer, rather than foundation, if you don't need heavy coverage.

I'll let someone else recommend an undereye concealer since I splurge on that stuff, but for keeping makeup in place, Model In A Bottle has worked really well for me.

I like Rimmel's Lasting Finish foundation. It's not thick or cakey but provides good coverage and it lasts a long time. It's not that expensive so you might want to buy it in two or three different shades to mix and match when your skin is lighter in the winter and darker in the summer. I have combination skin too and I have never gotten a breakout or any skin problems using this ( ... )

i would purchase a foundation just for summer if you are a bit tanner. a trick i learned is to check how your foundation will look in daylight-- not just in your bathroom. might come in handy if you go out and test some colors at the dept. stores.

as far as undereye circles, i would just apply the foundation there. or purchase a concealer.

Use mousse to help your hair stay put! I have fine hair that likes to go everywhere also.
