I'm still here. Life has been getting in the way of my attempted fasts. I will be going to visit my sisters in Saskatchewan next week. When I get back on July 8th (or possibly *starting* on July 8th) I will be trying a 10 day fast just to see. Starting a fast within the next few days. I'll post the day I start and the day I end. Wish me luck. I've gained weight again and NEED to loose 15lbs by the end of this month.

I'm sitting at 163lbs as of Feb. 2nd. I got a monthly pass to the local YMCA again as my old one ran out in November and I never bothered to renew it. My room-mate and I are doing our best not to have any junk-food or eat-out at all for the entire month of February. If we feel a craving for a particular junk food we'll go to the gym instead. Just checking it to say that I'm down to 160lbs. Still a cow, but a cow that's 7lbs lighter than she was earlier in the week. I'll admit to eating a little in the past few days...but I'm setting myself a 2-day fast to get myself back in the game. I'll check in later. Stay strong ladies! :)

I went ice-skating with one of my room-mate's yesterday. She used to compete and even won a few competitions. It was so much fun! Caloriesperhour.com says I burned about 500 calories for my weight doing general ice skating for an hour. Cool. ^_^ I love skating so I'm sure I'll do much more of it ( Read more... )

I'm going to try and do the 3-weeks diet *again* starting tomorrow.

1 NEVER spend money on food (unless forced to).
2 NEVER eat in public (unless forced to).
3 NEVER eat when not necessary.
