I was 2 marks off an A* for my first maths exam! Not bad considering how much I've hated maths throughout my life and felt I would ultimately fail this course, and then whaddayouknow? Fucking A! Proud times :)

Most of today was spent watching films, until we got ourselves ready and set off on a half hour walk through the snow to the Alto Lounge in Caversham for a pub dinner with Simon's workmate and his girlfriend. Exam Results!

I got my English GCSE exam results earlier today and I got an A! My teacher called me this morning to tell me so I got a bit of gossip too, such as only 6 people in my class got an A and I'm one of them. WIN! Apparently the exam was a lot harder this year so the overall English results for the college have suffered which isn't good, but you know ( Read more... )
