I especially love her no-nonsense tone at the end when she figures out what he needs to deal with the situation.
'No, honestly Lestrade, he NEEDS me to be a blunt, stern figure. If I try nice he just folds up and sobs!'
Sally's such an interesting character, I always like her to get some page-time.

Sherlock is a strange creature when it come to emotions. He doesn't like being vulnerable, not with John, not with Mycroft, not at all. Sincerity is not something he copes with well. That said, I didn't want to let him off the hook for being a deliberate arsehole, hence the "stop being a prick" bit. XD
