hehe link to the recipe is up there.. but yes, rice :) It's a turkish recipe so it's lightly spiced with Cumin and Allspice, pinenuts, and then all your usual things like onion and chicken stock and seasoning.

Wednesday afternoon/evening. Mum wanted to go the night before... I would've gone early Thurs morning to save money but hey, this trip is for Mum :) I think she likes staying in hotels as much as I do hehehe
