Happy Australia Day!
What an unusual Australia Day.. it's completely overcast and not blaringly hot. Hmm, it just doesn't feel right! Fingers crossed it'll blue up soon.
I think.. I better confirm actually.. the girls are coming down to my place today for pool and BBQ action - even though I actually have nothing to BBQ. I made fruit and jello cups late last night out of boredom.
Also yesterday I also had an attempt at a new recipe. Tomato Dolmas... and they turned out quite well!!! A couple fell apart but I think that's cuz I put the foil down too firm on top when I put them in the oven - next time I know... but they were tasty! Very good idea for entree next time I need to bring something :)
Thinking about going down to get the ferry along the harbour later if we can be bothered, that'd be nice to do on Australia Day.
My severe allergy to cats yesterday peaked, so even being at home for 24 hours now I am still clogged up... I think I got "sick" from the overhang of the sniffling and sneezing and wheezing... Bugger.
The tennis is amazing lately - I can't wait until Wednesday when we fly down!!!
