So I've been quiet as alot has gone on this week. I'm headed out for a double at FCC in the hopes that I can earn a little extra cash this week and stop having to worry so much about all things financial..it's worth a try right.

While I am a huge fan of getting out of the black sinkhole that is rent, I am hesitant to be too YAY about you guys buying right now (though that place looks like it has great potential) because I feel like you two both have too much up in the air this year to firmly root yourselves somewhere. This is the Big Sister (in every way but height, I suppose) talking, now, and I have to recommend that you give it a year ... I don't see mah bro wanting to settle down in the Hull system, and anywhere the job situation could take you both might be an impossible commute away from Randolph.

True Story madam. :) I'm hearing you completely, and we're mostly just exploring right now to see what the right fit is. There are still a few apartments to chase, and after this week...i think we're back to leaning toward apartments, but we'll see.
