So I've been quiet as alot has gone on this week. I'm headed out for a double at FCC in the hopes that I can earn a little extra cash this week and stop having to worry so much about all things financial..it's worth a try right.

So I'm not into FCC until 2:00, and it feels like the world has almost stopped spinning at a rapid pace.  It's been crazy lately, but there's been some good crazy thrown in for flavor.

Memorial Day Weekend was a blast. I spent the weekend with the Mika and fam, and it was nice to get away from the madness for a while.  Highlights include:

I woke up to an email about a Sous Chef position at Franklin Country club (my old stomping grounds) from someone.
  The kicker: I have no idea who sent it.

Edit: Apparently this email was from the same person that's been sending me negative emails for the last few months about my work with LVC...and also reads this journal.
