I'm back for my once-a-week-update. How sad is that? I used to write in this thing constantly, but I guess I've always been the journaling type...I even found my composition books from high school & college on a recent trip to my mom's. Oh the angst! The more I read this, the more awesome it gets.  A letter from the kitchen manager at my production kitchen (though luckily NOT addressing me or Little Victory) about cleaning duties when you leave the kitchen.  Simple. Common. Sense.

I got home at 2:30 this afternoon after working a full day at Panera and promptly went to the kitchen, took stock, and went to work. :)

The haul:
1 Loaf of banana bread
1 Large Batch of Beef Stew with all kinds of fun stuff in it; leeks, carrots, potatoes, tomatoes, herbs, etc
1 Batch of Butternut Squash Soup for the Freezer for those really COLD days ( Read more... )
