I really need to get a home warranty. Anyone want to recommend a company

Netflix Streaming only gives access to those items that they have put on streaming. Not every film or TV series gets the streaming treatment, and it's quite random what does and does not (probably based on Netflix acquiring certain rights from the film distributors and what not). So, you can see quite a few new releases on Netflix Streaming, as well as some new TV series seasons, but it is a bit unpredictable as to what falls within your taste/liking. Also, sometimes something comes up on Streaming for a while and then goes away, like they only got the rights temporarily or something? Not sure how that works.

Anyway, short answer is: Limited Selection.

There are fewer on Streaming, and some are only there for a time.

And they don't have a lot of great movies, but they do have a lot of TV shows, some of them very very good.

We have AHS, which was awesome, but is now less so. Still, they appear to have been better than any of the home warranties my friends have gotten, so I suppose that's a recommendation.

Home warranty? Sorry, I'm being iggerant here. That's not something provided by insurance?

A home warranty, like a car warranty, covers things that are inevitable, not accidental. Given that the HVAC system is about 20 years old, I would like a warranty to pay for the replacement when it inevitably gives out.
