I really need to get a home warranty. Anyone want to recommend a company

A 20-year-old HVAC system? Good luck finding a technician who will not insist on replacing it when it has any problem at all. It would be cheaper to save up for a new unit as they generally last 20 years.

Unless, of course, Brian and I come to visit. He just fixed ours for $1.40 in parts.

But that's the point of the home warranty. When it needs to be replaced, they will contribute significantly to it.
