Questions for the hive mind
I really need to get a home warranty. Anyone want to recommend a company?
Also: Netflix streaming. Do you get access to all the movies they have, or just a limited selection?
House update: according to PECO, I won't have power back at the house until Saturday around 11pm. I have various services scheduled to come to the house that day and hook things up. I'll see what the sitch is tomorrow morning, and reschedule AGAIN if I have to.
I swear, I have rescheduled everything at least three times. Phone, internet, carpet cleaning, alarm system install, HVAC maintenance. For the very first time, I'm glad I'm keeping this all in an electric calendar, because the sheer number of crossouts would overwhelm my pocket calendar.

The silver lining: It occurred to me that if my original plan for getting work done had gone according to my ideal schedule, I would have moved in on the 25th of October. I would have lost electricity four days later, and would have been without it for the better part of a week, with nowhere to go and all my stuff still packed up.
This has been a very fortunate delay.
