Well, the saltpeter, pure sulfur, and carbon will be used to make gunpowder, then the cocoons from the silkworms can be used to make silk, obviously, aru. I wish to sew myself some clothes made from silk.

I know he does. I'm beginning to wonder if I should put booby traps to protect myself when I am launching the fireworks, aru. If they fail to injure them, then at least they can be distracted, giving me enough time to land some blows of my own.

Ahh, I have heard a bit about such things, but I had not thought that it ever had been refined enough to be of much use. But for what reason do you wish to use it here? Surely the monsters of this place wouldn't be very harmed by such a thing, would they?

Originally I was going to make fireworks, but if it is a possible threat to the safety of the other people here in Discedo, then I will not make them, aru.

I could always make war rockets or bombs with gunpowder anyway. It might not kill the monsters, but it can cause some damage or distract them, at least.

Depends on what you mean by old fashion since I come from 1937.
