It's because I've checked the Keronian army's database for aliens and there's no species like her. You know, Keronians aren't the only alien species that are after Pekopon. Some aliens can hide their appearances so well, you can't even tell they're aliens!

.... You do realize Keroro and Giroro are actual aliens and Elphaba is a witch, not an alien. She's green because she's allergic to water. So it's probably to keep moisture in. A side effect.

Fujiko, that doesn't make any sense at all. None of it. Freaky shit happens a lot around here, but aliens... She's an alien. I know one when I see one.
