I baked this this weekend. Substituted natural applesauce for half the butter to make it a tiny bit less evil, and left off the extra chocolate chip topping (there was already plenty in the cake and in the streusel - and I say that as someone who likes chocolate). Oh, and I used gluten-free flours, because this is a cake for ME ME ME. OMG, so good!! Thank you for sharing.
