Hello! Just curious: can the bananas for eggs substitution be used for other things or is it best with muffin recipes? What is the ratio: one banana for one egg?

hi! sorry for the late reply. disclaimer that this is solely from what I've read on the internet and from personal experience, but the substitution of 1/2 banana = 1 egg works best in breads/muffins recipes. I'm sure it would work in say, cookies or cakes recipes, but it wouldn't result in nearly exactly the same (with egg) product, if that makes sense.
