You definitely should. I use the same recipe (doubling the caramel as well) and it is dangerously, eat straight from the bowl, good.

I maaaaay have used a little too much gel icing colour. Just a little. :)

I highly suggest the caramel frosting - I'll never frost a vanilla cake with anything else again!

We must have similar tastes! I use the same salted caramel recipe with double caramel too. It is so so so good. And your chocolate cake recipe is SUPER similar to my go too. Far as I could tell yours uses slightly less flour and slightly more cocoa. Otherwise they're the same. I love how dead easy it is to make too. Any way, your cuppies look delicious!

Double caramel is the ONLY way to go with that frosting. I'm always so tempted to screw frosting the cupcakes and pipe it directly into my mouth!
I so love that chocolate cake recipe. I bet yours is amazing as well, considering how similar it is. I'm not tempted to try any other chocolate cake recipe!
