Easy, delicious rhubarb pie.

This is my own recipe, so I was very excited to try it out. And all I can say is that it was absolutely delicious, the pie I made was gone in less than 30 minutes after I took it out of the oven! As my father said, "This is better than cream cake! We've got to save this recipe for ever!"

Mmmm... looks yummy! In America we'd probably call it a strudel instead
of a pie, but I suppose it doesn't really matter what you call it... :)
Yummy is yummy!

Which just goes to show how fluid language is, as I would most certainly not call this a strudel ;0) Absolutely nothing like one. And half of what America calls a pie, here in the UK we wouldn't call a pie, and half of what we call pies, America probably wouldn't call a pie...

Is the rhubarb hidden? I'm not sure I see it, sadly. :(

Sounds yummy, though

my dad would love this & i would love to make it this weekend but am a little confused...
when you say 3 decilitres of sugar do you mean 300 ml?
ive never heard of decilitres before but googled it & that is what i can gather it is!!
also with the sour cream & milk curd so you have any measurements as im sure they come in different sizes!
thanks

Approximately how much rhubarb and sugar did you use in the filling?

This looks delicious, and I love rhubarb! The timing on this is fantastic, my mom is coming to visit me next week and she always had rhubarb bakery sweets growing up so I might just have to make this for her! Thank you for sharing your recipe!
