Bailey's Banana Colada Cupcakes?
My mother's birthday is Friday (the 13th! LOL)... so I thought I would try and experiment with a Bailey's Banana Colada Cupcake. I even have little drink umbrellas to decorate with!
I'm not sure how many of you are familiar with this drink. I was introduced to it on our honeymoon cruise to the Carribean. It is all sorts of decadent! And will always remind me of a perfect day on the nude beach at St. Maarten...
Any experience incorporating these flavors into a cupcake?
Hostess Cupcake Style:
Toasted coconut sprinkled in the bottom of the cupcake liners
Devil's food cake mix with banana liquor
Irish cream flavored filling
Rum chocolate glaze
Coconut banana flavored white swirl to spell Happy Birthday
Coconut Snow Ball Style:
Irish Cream Devils Food cupcake
Banana flavored filling/icing
Toasted coconut rolled top
