That makes me think so much of Great and Terrible Beauty, you have no idea.
i think your brain was just piecing parts of images together and they just happened to form a coherent story. The part with the evil red head... well that reminds me of Victoria in Twilight lol.

but, maybe the three ppl represents caleb, you, and i. we used to have this tripod thing going on and then i left first. now, caleb is going through this navy thing, so pretty soon he'll be gone too. thus leaving you by yourself, stuck in your house/in a cage?
just a hunch.
